 We are looking for an agile team member to join our motivated and energetic group in Miskolc/Budapest as an:

Project Manager

As a new member of our team, you will play a key role in managing projects, coordinating related planning, organizational, and control tasks. With your decisive, independent, and structured personality, you will contribute to the continuous growth of our Group.

What we expect from your expertise

• Comprehensive management of multiple parallel projects
• Defining the "project scope," including the project’s development goals and activities
• Precise specification, scheduling, milestone planning, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring of project budgets and deadlines
• Organizing competitive bids, preparing evaluations to support decision-making
• Risk management, developing risk reduction or avoidance plans, ensuring quality assurance, and making decisions at critical points
• Maintaining communication with project participants, departments, suppliers, service providers, and authorities
• Preparing project progress reports and compiling final reports at project closure

You are the ideal candidate if you have the following knowledge/skills

• A broad strategic mindset and project-oriented working style
• Higher education degree
• Willingness to travel
• Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proactive thinking
• Assertive, motivated personality
• An entrepreneurial spirit paired with excellent communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in project implementation and management
