Manufactoring Controller
Responsibilities:
- Perform cost calculation and manufacturing variance analysis (material, price, and efficiency variances)
- Prepare production plan vs. actual reports and monitor KPIs
- Compare BOM data with actual consumption and analyze the root causes of variances
- Review and validate SAP data related to production, MRP processes, and master data
- Develop manufacturing reports and dashboards, and support process optimization
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and finance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing controlling
- Experience in cost calculation and variance analysis
- Knowledge of SAP (understanding of MRP processes is an advantage)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Proactive working style with strong organizational and communication skills
- Business-level English proficiency
Preferred:
- Power BI knowledge
- Understanding of SAP system integrations
